Do you have 10+ years of experience in technical sales and project sales, preferably in the healthcare industry?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts for our healthcare products and solutions. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and closing deals. (This role is remotely based in France.)

You will contribute to the development of the sales strategy and implement sales plans in the region to achieve profitable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities for our healthcare products and solutions.
  • Provide technical knowledge support and deliver full sales coverage.
  • Deploy solutions to end customers and stay updated on industry trends through trade shows, events, and market insights.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Manage and develop accounts to build favorable relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to customers in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with approved procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with peers in Marketing and Business Development to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, and provide input for product development and pricing recommendations.
  • Lead and manage priority growth projects, working with Project Management, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to generate joint strategies for the global positioning of our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, particularly in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the entire sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to inspire high performance in others.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and customer visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales and project sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of healthcare products and solutions.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and customer visits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
