Invenia Group is partnered with a growing cell and gene therapy company with a focus on viral vectors, who have recently emerged from stealth mode. They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to take on the role of Scientist, Research, and Development.

Role responsibilities:

This individual will work with the Head of R&D and the CTO in the development laboratory on early research and development activities, and working cross-functionally with Analytical + Process Development teams, and QC.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with:

• Ph.D./MS/BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell, and Molecular Biology, or related field, with experience working within a biotechnology company or CDMO
• Strong communication skills (customer, cross-functional, team)
• Expertise in gene therapy and cell therapy vectors (AAV, Lenti, AV, etc.)
