Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing biopharma company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Manager. This individual will play a key role on the Marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty for the Company’s urology and oncology product portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned products to achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor competitive trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and programs.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the field sales team.
  • Oversee digital and print campaigns, including content development and performance tracking.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory, legal, and medical requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare industries.
  • Urology and/or oncology experience preferred
  • Experience with biosimilar products preferred
  • Buy-and-bill/Part B experience preferred but not required
  • Proven success in brand management, marketing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with experience using data to guide decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
