Invenia Group has partnered with a company looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager for its growing team of experts.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for driving the prostate cancer brand strategy and performance by leading strategic planning, marketing campaigns, and tactical execution. You will also be responsible for promotional campaigns that are delivered on time and along with appropriate metrics, a strong cross-functional team working to drive the growth of the prostate cancer portfolio, and close collaboration with the sales teams to ensure customer insights are gathered and implemented into campaigns.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Lead the launch excellence process along with tracking milestones with key stakeholders
  • Understand and apply customer insights to the creation and execution of brand strategy and long-range planning
  • Lead the brand planning process to develop and implement robust brand planning, demonstrating a good understanding of the customer segments and customer journey
  • Ensure local brand campaigns are aligned with Corporate strategy and delivered to a high standard
  • Lead the development of forecasts, business cases, and financial modeling
  • Full accountability of brand marketing spend
  • Effectively utilize internal and external resources (e.g. time, budget, vendors) based on need and objectives and drive efficient planning
  • Accountable for tracking market and Brand performance against forecasts and KPIs
  • Accountable for tracking and ensuring adherence of key initiatives to budget and timelines
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Company policies in a proactive and timely manner

What we are looking for: 

  • ABPI qualified – essential
  • A business administration, marketing, or sciences degree is required
  • Strong marketing background with a good understanding of the UK oncology market
  • A demonstrable track record of success supporting commercial launches and/or lifecycle management.
  • Highly customer and patient-focused
  • Prior experience with Veeva PromoMats (or a similar approval system) is essential
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and become directly involved in planning, problem-solving, and execution of work in a team environment.
  • IT skills (MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint mainly)
