Senior Business Development Manager

Do you have 6+ years’ of industry-related business development experience in selling/central lab services/clinical trial services/drug development services etc?

Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing organization currently looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager for its team.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for the following:

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
• Maintain existing business
• Plan strategically to assure project success

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone able to lead initiatives to generate and engage with Pharma & Biotech to build new business for the company within the DACH region. This candidate will strategically plan and spearhead business growth by expanding current business and exploring new market opportunities. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals. You will work closely with the EU Operations team and US Business Development Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing Management, Business Development)
• 6+ years’ of industry-related business development experience in selling/central lab services/clinical trial services/drug development services etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• German speaking
• Resident of Germany
