Role responsibilities:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic business decisions through the development and delivery of insightful marketing & commercial analytics, including:
- Developing, implementing and maintaining sales performance dashboards to track KPIs
- Analysing to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps
- Support territory alignment
- Deliver actionable insights to the senior leadership to optimise go-to-market strategies
- Support customer segmentation
- Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and improve reporting capabilities
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
What are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred. You should also have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate results to non-technical audiences
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience supporting field sales teams in a regulated healthcare environment
- Familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, or other life syndicated data providers
- Experience with scripting languages like R or Python (not mandatory)
