About the Role:

As a Senior Market Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic go-to-market plans for Cell & Gene Therapy products. You will work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLS), customers, and internal teams to shape business strategy, drive adoption, and support new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute market strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy
• Engage with KOLS & scientific leaders to gather customer insights
• Lead commercialisation efforts, identifying market opportunities & trends
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams
• Define go-to-market messaging, sales enablement tools & training
• Support strategic partnerships & business development efforts
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences & technical meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• BA/BS required; MS or Ph.D. preferred
• 8+ years in sales, marketing, or market strategy in life sciences
• Strong knowledge of Cell & Gene Therapy markets & applications
• Proven success in customer engagement & business development
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience developing & executing market research & strategy plans
