Invenia Group is exclusively working with a full-service, FDA-registered contract development and manufacturing company that specializes in the filling of liquids into the blow, fill and seal containers to hire a Strategic Sales Director OTC-DS. Joining a well-experienced leadership team, you would be the first person hired in the sales organization so this role offers huge growth and leadership opportunities.

Role responsibilities:

This role will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for the generation of over-the-counter (OTC) and dietary supplement sales revenue with existing and prospective new customers. This includes both development and commercial services within a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).

You will develop a commercial strategy, taking responsibility for quoting, negotiating and closing business agreements for development, manufacturing, and packaging, and become an expert in selling manufacturing services for Blow, Fill Seal (BFS), traditional liquid filling, and gel/semi-solid stick packs.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, science-based subjects, or related disciplines. You should also have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (this is desired). 10+ years of experience is also preferred, with a focus on the pharmaceutical market.
