Role responsibilities:

• Provide scientific, technical, and training support to customers and staff.
• Answering inquiries, primarily by email and telephone.
• Resolving complaints and you will collect and analyze data.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 3+ Technical Support and Training experience with Cell Biology equipment & Ph.D. degree in biology, biotechnology, and medicine.
