Are you passionate about life sciences and looking to take your sales career to the next level?

We’re seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth in North East France, working with academic, clinical, biotech, and pharma accounts.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for expanding sales within your territory, managing existing accounts, and hunting for new business opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to customers while promoting innovative research solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow sales across key academic, hospital, pharma, biotech, and government accounts.
  • Prospect and map new accounts, identify opportunities for product launches, and maintain high technical knowledge of products.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies effectively, using value propositions and closing techniques to drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
  • Provide market and competitive insights, contributing to the business plan for your territory.
  • Attend trade shows, meetings, and training sessions as required.

  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Proactive sales “hunter” with a proven track record of developing new business.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with virtual meetings, CRM systems, and reporting on sales/revenue data.
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • MSc or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related Life Science discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of lab bench experience in Cell/Molecular Biology or related areas.
  • Lab experience with RNA-seq or DNA-seq library prep is desirable.
  • Fluency in French and English is a must.
  • Clean, full driving license.
  • Some sales experience preferred, but a strong scientific background and motivation to sell are key.
