Role responsibilities: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our European commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales in Northern France and Belgium, representing a state-of-the-art portfolio of life science research tools.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong scientific background who is commercially driven and passionate about helping customers achieve their research goals. You will also be responsible for:

  • Drive sales growth across key academic, hospital, biotech, pharmaceutical, and government accounts
  • Maintain and expand business within existing accounts, while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Promote new product launches and map out potential
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and effectively position it against competitors
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, and R&D teams to support customer needs
  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions, including product demonstrations and
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and vendor events as
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline activity via CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong scientific foundation and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously across a wide geographic area.

  • MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related Life Science
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
  • Previous sales experience is desirable; alternatively, a strong motivation to transition into a commercial role is acceptable.
  • Experience in RNA-seq or DNA-seq library preparation is a must.
  • Fluent in French and English; Flemish is a strong
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
