In a landscape where genetic disease diagnosis faces delays, our client is committed to change. Their platform uses advanced AI and computational biology to decode genetic diseases swiftly. By equipping labs with this platform, they empower them to deliver accurate diagnoses to patients in need.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll expand our client’s influence across Europe. You’ll need strong organizational skills and motivation to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide exceptional service. Leveraging your network, you’ll acquire new customers and foster enduring partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO & Co-Founder to develop regional commercial strategies.
  • Drive growth of our client’s AI-driven platform in Europe, enabling labs to offer timely diagnoses.
  • Align the sales process with the customer’s journey, engaging prospects through various channels.
  • Identify key stakeholders within targeted institutions, maintaining our client’s CRM.
  • Prioritize prospects and transition from transactional sales to strategic partnerships.
  • Communicate clearly to establish genuine connections with prospects and customers.
  • Advocate for customers, ensuring they have the support needed for superior solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, preferably in clinical genetics.
  • A strong network of potential customers, especially in European diagnostic laboratories and hospitals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, preferably with a technical/scientific background.
  • Proficiency in the regional language and English.
  • Based in Spain and able to travel across the assigned territories in Europe
