Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for a deal generation with new customers in hospital systems & NGS lab environments. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Managing Director, you will have autonomy for your territory – prospecting, pitching, and building new relationships. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying revenue opportunities and generating business with new logos
  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure effective, customer-focused onboarding
  • Drive consistent momentum in sales cycles and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Advise the company and guide product management on market & product requirements

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a clinical or medical environment. You should have solid market knowledge of clinical, medical, or laboratory environments, with experience selling into hospital systems/lab environments, as well as the following:

  • Previous product knowledge within genetics sequencing, diagnostics, health analytics, or health tech software is valuable, but not essential
  • You will need to be able to travel across your territory to a minimum of 50% and be fluent in the core language of the territory
  • German and English language skills are a necessity
