Invenia Group has exclusively partnered with an exciting R&D software company. An open data cloud platform, using proprietary technology in order to drive advancements in drug development and precision medicine. Helping researchers remotely monitor and manage their instruments and experiments.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales strategy, nurturing current lines of business and gaining new clients across various geographies.
  • Work effortlessly with cross-functional teams including, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal in order to ensure an efficient and effective sales cycle.
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward targets.
  • Manage a pre-existing team of sales executives and grow the team in tandem with the company’s continued growth.
  • Bring a high level of expertise in AI/ML, Data Cloud Platforms, and Broader SaaS applications within Pharmaceuticals and Biotech in order to support sales.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Pharma or domain-adjacent is important. SaaS or Data experience is a requirement
  • Experience managing and growing internal sales teams.
  • UK or Europe-based, with extensive experience leading sales efforts on a global scale.
  • Proven successful experience in selling large, complex data cloud, software deals.
