To start off Lewis, can you introduce yourself?
Hi, my name’s Lewis and I work in the biotech team here at Invenia Group.
What do you specialise in?
I specialise in working with early-stage ventures right from there inception. I generally work with venture firms spread across North America, who introduce me to early-stage biotech’s, in the reemit of seed to series-b stages of funding, and we help them build out their initial executive teams.
What differentiates our recruitment process?
For these companies, every hire is business critical for their long-term success. My role is to take the burden of candidate sourcing and vetting off the company’s founding team, ensuring every candidate is a culture match, as well as a skills match.
