To start off Marc, can you introduce yourself?

Hi, I’m Marc. I’m a Principal Consultant here at Invenia Group within our biotech team, currently heading up our digital health division.

Across our teams we have consultants that specialise across all functions including finance, technical, clinical and operations positions, with my primary focus being on executive level sales, business development and marketing positions across North America, UK and Europe.


What differentiates our recruitment process?

We specialize in the placement of leading candidates from manager to board-level, working closely with our clients whether that be with their c-suite team, hiring managers or internal recruitment teams.

As external recruiters it’s our job to understand our clients unique selling point, their culture and what differentiates them from other players within the space.

Having this in-depth knowledge allows us to effectively identify and engage the perfect candidate for each client we work with. We don’t simply work on active vacancies, we also work pro-actively with candidates regardless of their situation and status within the market, whether they’re actively looking, passively looking or inactive within the market, we ensure we’re building these relationships, ultimately guaranteeing a deep roster of candidates and deep relationships with the candidates.
