Invenia Group has partnered with a global leader in Mass Spectrometry-based Proteomics technology, who is looking for an Account Executive to cover the West of the U.S. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team in an exciting stage of growth and development, working with their own ground-breaking technology.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities and managing all stages of the sales cycle in a territory made up of the West of the U.S. with a key focus on the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego. This is a remote role that will report directly to the VP of Sales and work closely with the Sales Development team.

Key duties include:

  • Developing long-term and trusting relationships with clients and seeking new opportunities through key contacts.
  • Building your network through profiling and research of existing and key accounts.
  • Attending conferences and industry events on behalf of the business to present the company’s services.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone educated to a minimum degree standard in a Life Sciences subject or equivalent, with at least 3 years experience in selling solutions and a strong technical understanding of antibody R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to find new business, propose solutions and negotiate agreements.
