Invenia Group has partnered with a world leader in Analytical Solutions who is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join their Spectroscopy, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry team.

This role will focus on selling Capital Equipment into Academic and Pharma accounts whilst working as part of a team of 3 in Switzerland. This is a very exciting time to join this organisation following a heavy refocusing on their Analytical product line with new instruments in the pipeline.

You will be entering a mature and well-managed territory, covering the German-speaking area of Switzerland. There are existing accounts with a large amount of scope for growth and further BD.

The ideal person will:

  • Have 3-5 years of Sales experience within a Chemistry related product area (CapEx preferable)
  • Collaborate well with others and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
  • Strong Business Development skills
  • A minimum of Degree level Chemistry or associated subject
  • German and English language skills are a must with French and Italian desirable.

This role will report directly to the DACH Sales Manager who has been at the company for nearly 15 years. They have a strong internal infrastructure, best in best-in-class products yet retain a personable, family feel within the team itself.

The first interview stage will involve an initial fact-finding call with the manager to discuss your background and also get a feel for the company / personal fit.
