A dynamic role focused on acquiring and managing new and existing customer accounts within the DACH region. This position requires an individual who can drive long-term, profitable relationships using effective sales techniques and who understands the current clinical and economic trends in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain value-added customer accounts through relationship-selling techniques.
  • Stay informed about clinical and economic trends influencing healthcare decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in various sales activities.
  • Maintain target pricing through effective negotiation skills.
  • Ensure all account and contact information is up-to-date in the company’s CRM database.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.
  • Introduce new technology platforms and products to key accounts and public laboratories in the assigned territory.
  • Regularly update management on the status of accounts, customers, and key initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bac+5 in Biology, Health, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of next-generation sequencing and the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Proven sales track record of less than 8 years in a clinical or laboratory market environment.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within the DACH region.
