Your Mission

Reporting to the VP of Sales EMEA, you’ll hold a pivotal role in leading and supporting sales efforts across Europe, with a primary focus on the German market.

Your Contributions

  • Initiating, presenting, and spearheading business development efforts.
  • Discerning and finalizing opportunities with new organizations.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring a consistently active sales cycle.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Customer Success team to ensure a customer-centric onboarding experience.
  • Offering insights to the company and product management regarding market and product requirements.
  • Successfully leading and managing a dynamic team of sales representatives within the region.

Qualifications You Bring

  • Over 5 years of consultative sales experience, demonstrating the ability to comprehend customer needs and align them with product offerings.
  • Prior experience in directly leading or managing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in selling NGS or Genomics products, preferably in laboratory settings, or clinical products within hospital/healthcare systems.
  • Possessing a proactive “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of consistent growth.
  • Being open to acquiring knowledge about Genetics, Diagnostics, or Health Analytics if not already acquainted.
  • Willingness and capability to travel within your territory (minimum 50% travel).
