Invenia Group is proud to be partnered with an exceptional dental digital solutions company. Having grown 100% YoY, this manufacturer is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company into new markets and bringing on new business across the US.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop new business, through regular in-person meetings with dental professionals in clinical dentistry
  • Responsible for sales both direct and through the existing distribution network
  • Understanding the customer needs to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with the existing sales team to generate new business leads
  • You will have to plan and align account strategies with sales and marketing partners as well as record all sales activity and produce timely active reports

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of dental sales experience and with a high level of knowledge of dental implants. You should have experience managing large/multi-state regions, be able to demonstrate previous sales attainment, and have excellent negotiation and prospecting skills.
