Invenia Group are proud to be partnered with a world leader in the Dental space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multiple award-winning manufacturer, known for its innovation and high-precision dental Instruments, growing 20% YoY. Operating in over 100+ countries globally, the company are expanding in the APAC region and is in search of a Business Development Manager – APAC, to manage distributor relationships and grow sales across the region.

Job Responsibilities

If successful, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with Dealer partners and their sales teams in the ASIA-PACIFIC territory to drive demands and grow the company brand. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Achieving sales targets, volume, and gross margin to achieve quota, aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement a market development strategy across ASIA-PACIFIC, prioritizing sales activities, and customer/prospect contact to achieve cost-effective results and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage key accounts remotely, including proactive prospecting, sales development, and acting as a company representative at exhibitions.
  • Establish a network of key opinion leaders to build brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research, monitor, and report on pricing, customer, and competitor activities.
  • Utilise CRM to maintain and update all activities, contacts, and opportunities. Utilise reports to plan activities and maximise sales results.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management colleagues globally.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of international sales experience and dental experience desired or experience in the wider healthcare and medical sales fields. You should also possess the following:

  • Relationship-driven individuals are willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to achieve targeted sales in the ASIA-PACIFIC territory.
  • Proven track record in sales and quota attainment
  • Strong business writing skills for letters.
  • Good understanding of profit and loss calculations and basic business finance
