Our client, a leading company in the life sciences industry, is seeking a motivated and talented Channel Partner Manager (entry-level) to support, consolidate, and expand their network of channel partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As the Channel Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for their cutting-edge life science products by managing and developing relationships with channel partners.
This role is suitable for non-experienced candidates with a strong technical background in molecular biology (Ph.D. level required) and self-motivated individuals who would like to join a fast-growing organization.
The organization is providing quality and ongoing training. Given the nature of the role, willingness and ability to travel is a must.
Role responsibilities:
As the Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans and sales strategies. Your expertise in the life sciences industry will allow you to develop, implement, and monitor programs that enhance partner performance and drive revenue growth.
Other responsibilities:
- Follow up and analyze channel partner performance, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs to enhance partner performance and drive revenue growth.
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to increase revenue growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans and sales strategies.
- Manage partner training programs to ensure channel partners are fully equipped to promote and sell the company’s products.
- Ensure partner compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective collateral, tools, and campaigns for channel partners.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company’s products.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit new channel partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience:
Education:
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or related life science discipline.
- Post-Doc experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
Our client is open to nonexperienced applicants with a strong technical background at the Ph.D. level ( molecular biology) willing to be trained in the role.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of lab bench experience in Molecular Biology with knowledge or proficiency in NGS being a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with international partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop business strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Self-learner, sales-oriented, and autonomous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time ( mainly in Southern Europe including Spain, Italy, Turkey, Israel, and the Nordics).
