We are looking for an experienced financial executive to join a fast-growing team of experts in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space as Chief Financial Officer.

Role responsibilities: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, debt financing, company audits, SEC filings, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company’s financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management with a track record of significant deals within the Biotech & Pharma industry.

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with experience in debt financing & restructuring experience, turnaround experience & strategy, and someone who has previously overseen cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits. You should also possess the following:

• Be able to prepare financial statements and reports.
• Have a strong Financial Strategy.
• Able to manage relationships with investors, banks & partners.
• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 15+ years’ of finance experience, with multiple years as CFO of a Public company.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
