Clinical Specialist

Invenia has partnered with a specialist producer of high-end robots for minimally invasive surgery to hire a Clinical Specialist.

This position will be joining a rapidly growing cutting-edge company that has a unique customizable offering that truly benefits the surgeon by giving them more flexibility, precision, and control during surgery while remaining a cost-effective solution.

The role

This role will be responsible for supporting customers in the Frankfurt region on the company’s surgical robot systems.

Support will include helping with installations, and delivering customer training to surgeons and staff on the products before and during procedures.

Other responsibilities include:

• Promote utilization of the products in the territory
• Help upsell and cross-sell the products to clinical specialists who aren’t using the products
• Help reach targets related to product usage
• Train and accompany surgeons and OR staff in the use of the robot before and during procedures.
• Provide clinical support during setup, surgery, and after surgery.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with at least 3 years of operating theatre experience
• Experience in a support or clinical specialist role is a big advantage
• Good knowledge of general surgery and urology procedures is a bonus
• Fluent in German and English

This is a field-based role so must be willing to travel around the assigned territory
