Invenia Group has partnered with a dynamic startup neuromodulation company, who are looking for a Customer Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Negotiation: collaborating with internal teams for effective negotiation, ensuring contracts align with regulations, policies, and industry standards.
  • Contract Drafting: prepare contracts, including master service, procurement, sales, and confidentiality.
  • Contract Execution: facilitate efficient execution with required approvals, maintaining an organized database of executed contracts.
  • Contract Compliance: monitor and enforce contract obligations and address breaches or deviations promptly.
  • Risk Management: assess and manage legal and financial risks.
  • Legal Compliance: stay informed about relevant laws and regulations in different States

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of contract management experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
