Our client, a prominent figure in the life science research and biopharmaceutical sector, actively seeks an enthusiastic Remote/Inside Sales Account Manager to join their European sales teams. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.

The position offers flexibility, allowing the successful candidate to work entirely remotely from home or opt for a hybrid model, combining office and home-office days as per preference.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth within a designated set of accounts by actively promoting their comprehensive portfolio within life sciences. Utilizing digital tools such as MS Teams and CRM, you will efficiently manage accounts and cultivate strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote their complete life sciences portfolio to assigned accounts.
  • Manage accounts in the pharmaceutical, university, and related sectors using digital tools like MS Teams and CRM.
  • Achieve growth targets and objectives set for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct research to identify and cultivate prospects within the assigned account base.
  • Establish rapport with key decision-makers and foster lasting relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze client needs, devise tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to bolster value propositions and generate leads.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics and communicate insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize customer interaction, dedicating up to 70% of your time to client engagement.


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science/Biotechnology discipline or similar field.
  • Ideally possess several years of sales experience within the biopharmaceutical industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Fluent proficiency in French and English
  • Ability to effectively lead meetings using MS Teams and other multimedia platforms.
  • Display a proactive, target-driven, and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% as required.
