Director of Alliances

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of experience in Biopharma Alliance Management? Are you fluent in English and Mandarin?

Invenia Group has partnered with an international start-up developing and commercialization pediatric-friendly and affordable therapeutics. The company is now looking to hire an A.D./Director of Alliance Management, where you will report to the US-based SVP of Business Development.

We are searching for candidates on the East Coast of the US.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be the main point of contact between my client and their Biopharma partners and coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will establish business processes with the partners to deliver business and alliance milestones and work to mitigate any potential risk and facilitate solutions.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Facilitate key alliance governance meetings, and develop partnership interventions to increase teamwork/trust between the company and its partners
• Collect market and business information and develop insights into the competitive landscape
• Establish joint alliance governance bodies and provide strategic updates to the governance team and senior management

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of experience in Biopharma Alliance Management. You should have working knowledge of the drug development process; understand both US and China drug development paradigms. You should be proficient in both English and Mandarin and have strong interpersonal skills.
