They have also acquired and merged 3 companies within the last year with plans for further expansions in the near future.
This manufacturer, in the Oral Surgery space, is looking for a Director of DSO Sales who will report to the VP of Sales. You will have indirect leadership for a team of more than 50 key account managers, who will assist in business development nationally.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the special markets segment.
- Work alongside the VP of Sales to develop pricing and contracting strategies.
- Alongside the management team, create & set growth metrics, targets, and KPIs for this segment of the business.
- Regular field training and management of the sales team.
- Management of distribution networks and dealer partners.
- Create opportunities to expand business with current clients & develop new business channels for the company.
- Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analyses.
- Travel up to 50% across North America.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years experience in sales/sales leadership in the Dental industry, preferably with Implant experience.
- 5+ years experience in the DSO segment
- Track record of growing revenues and quota attainment in the DSO segment.
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership style
