Invenia Group has partnered with a dynamic startup neuromodulation company, who are looking for a Director of Medical Affairs. Within this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their scientific and business strategy. Are you ready to revolutionize the treatment of urinary incontinence with groundbreaking technology?

Responsibilities

  • Drive Medical Affairs strategies for data generation and dissemination.
  • Own clinical evidence, research projects, and protocol development.
  • Develop communication and publication plans; write and update CER, Publications, and CIP.
  • Oversee safety committees and reporting (CEC/DSMB).
  • Ensure the accuracy and scientific integrity of promotional materials.
  • Act as a go-to resource for Medical Information inquiries.
  • Manage the Safety Data Manager and department budget.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Master’s Degree)
  • Experience: 7+ years in medical affairs; 3+ years in medical devices preferred with team leadership experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accessing complex data sources, budget management, excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and management skills.
