Invenia Group has partnered with a rapidly expanding global CDMO that develops clinical and commercial-stage products in the cell and gene therapy space, that is currently searching for a Director of Program Management to come in and oversee both new and existing client projects.

This is a great time to join this growing global organization, with their manufacturing sites across the US and Europe currently undergoing a major expansion, and their critical Tennessee facility scheduled to double in capacity.

Key responsibilities:

If successful, you will lead a team of project managers on assigned cross-functional development teams to ensure goals and objectives are set and accomplished, you will monitor project schedules and flow, identify potential issues that could cause timeless delays, and bring these issues to the attention of relevant stakeholders.

You will also provide support in resolving issues to meet project goals and deliverables, prepare weekly/monthly reports, agendas, meeting minutes, analyses, and presentations, and closely work with project teams, clients and collaborators on resource planning and tracking, strategic planning and annual goal setting.

Skills required:

The ideal candidate must have a passion for continuous improvement, leveraging data and technology to maintain and improve quality standards. You must have a minimum of a BS in science or engineering, or an advanced degree (MS preferred), with at least several years of biologics manufacturing or equivalent cGMP experience.

You should have several years of project management experience in a similar role within a CDMO organization, and a PMP Certification is also required.
