Do you have significant leadership/managerial experience within Sales/Marketing/Market Insight in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech setting? Do you have a scientific background and have you worked in Oncology and/or Hematology? Are you ready for a new challenge?

Invenia Group is currently partnered with a growing biopharmaceutical company, focused on commercializing innovative propriety medications within Hematology-Oncology and several other therapeutic areas including Dermatology, Neurology, and Rare Disease. They are looking for a motivated professional to join their close-knit team as a Director of Thought Leader Liaison.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, as a Director of Thought Leader Liaison you will be focused on four key areas – market insight collection, Key Opinion Leader engagement and collaboration with professional groups, and field sales support. You will also be responsible for market insight collection, KOL Engagement, collaborating with professional groups and field service support.

What we are looking for:

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a scientific background within an oncological/hematological setting and around 10 years’ experience working within sales/marketing/market insight. This is a great opportunity to report directly to the executive team (Senior Director of Marketing) and expand your expertise within a fast-growing company.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/business discipline and have previous KOL Advocacy experience.

Flexibility to travel (70% FTE) is also necessary for this role, which may include working evenings and weekends
