Invenia Group are partnered with a viral vector CDMO, searching for a Facilities Lead to join their new state-of-the-art facility in Pennsylvania.
Role and responsibilities:
- Drive cGMP and own SOPs around design, control, documentation, investigations, training
- Oversee cleaning and environmental monitoring (EM) programs
- Manage contractors and suppliers for cleaning and HVAC monitoring
- Facility lead for environmental health and safety
- Responsible for overall hiring, talent development, and organization of the facilities division.
Skills and experience require:
- Gene therapy CDMO experience is ideal, however, wider biologics manufacturing experience would also be considered.
- BSL-2 experience is preferable.
- Prior experience working in a start-up environment, establishing maintenance and calibration programs
- Strong knowledge of the biologics supply chain would be a bonus.
- Good communication skills, interacting with customers and regulatory bodies.
