Your prospective role:

You will be tasked with the deployment and upkeep of our client’s analytical systems and equipment in medical analysis laboratories. Your responsibilities include adhering to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements to fortify and expand the installed base. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to sustain and augment revenue streams, aligned with our commercial strategies.

Location: Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Auvergne-Rhônes-Alpes

Key responsibilities:

  • Deployment of solutions
  • Conduct preliminary meetings with laboratory personnel and IT firms to prepare for system installations.
  • Execute the deployment of our client’s systems in analysis laboratories, ensuring adherence to designated ranges and installation schedules.
  • Perform system calibration, configuration, and connection as per contractual obligations, audits, and internal specifications.
  • Deliver comprehensive customer training on system operation for routine use.
  • Provide on-site assistance to customers during system validation and offer continued support post-startup.
  • Assistance with Method Validation Files.

Handling customer complaints and issues:

  • Participate in the vigilance and customer complaint management process, diagnosing and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct on-site investigations in compliance with quality and regulatory protocols.
  • Facilitate technical and scientific communication with customers through various channels.
  • Provide on-site or remote assistance to resolve issues related to reagents, equipment, and software by established protocols.

Customer follow-up:

  • Ensure diligent follow-up on system performance within designated regions, bolstering customer proficiency through continuous training initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and system utilization through advisory support and informational outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams in the region, participating in regional meetings and contract reviews.
  • Resolve analytical issues by liaising closely with their technical support team.

Sales support:

  • Drive the development of the installed base, particularly in reagents, in collaboration with the Sales Engineer.
  • Monitor account volume commitments for patient cost in conjunction with the Sales Engineer.
  • Provide support during sales demonstrations and contribute to strategic planning for each opportunity.

Administrative duties:

  • Regularly compile and submit activity reports by internal protocols.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in technical/sales or training roles, preferably within the medical/diagnostic device sector, with exposure to clinical laboratory environments.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage missions and customer follow-ups effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while fostering teamwork.
  • Exemplary ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Positive demeanour during company events to foster team collaboration and drive market share growth.
