Due to growth and as part of their mission, they are looking for a Field Application Specialist to join their growing team.

Role responsibilities:

As a Field Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers by providing expert guidance and technical support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives as a technical expert to support, drive, and close sales opportunities.
  • Implementing company products at customer laboratories and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including Machine Learning and Software Development, to coordinate implementation deliverables.
  • Acting as a compliance expert to assist customers in obtaining relevant accreditations.
  • Delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and at industry conferences.
  • Gathering and sharing competitive market intelligence to drive continuous product development.
  • Travelling to customer sites to provide hands-on training and support.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and implementing NGS-based tests in a diagnostic setting.
  • Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation and capture protocols.
  • A Master’s degree in Life Sciences (PhD is a plus).
  • The ability and willingness to travel extensively (50%+ of the time).
  • Fluency in French with strong English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of oncology, with experience in circulating DNA or FFPE testing considered an advantage.
  • A basic understanding of quality management systems and protocol implementation.
  • A location based in France.
