Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch service and support during field and in-house visits or dispatches.
  • Technical Services: Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks, ensuring equipment operates optimally.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose errors and technical issues, finding effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate and timely service reports, maintaining meticulous documentation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Operate vehicles safely and utilize field automation systems, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team, sharing vital information across the organization.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings.
  • Communication: Maintain contact with customers to update them on the progress of their service requests.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical Background: A technical degree in chemistry, biology, physical measurements, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated field service experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Player: Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English and fluent in Turkish.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel at a high percentage.
  • Additional Requirements: Possession of a valid driver’s license and completed military service.
