With a global team of over 550 employees, cutting-edge robotics, and innovative products, our client is at the forefront of revolutionizing liquid handling in industries such as medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and food. *This is a remote role across the Benelux region*

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of our client’s diverse product range. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Prioritize and execute repair operations
  • Install equipment and perform subsequent qualification
  • Provide training for users and technicians
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer service
  • Document all activities in the ERP and ERP Field Service App
  • Serve as the first line of response to technical issues for customers and sales representatives
  • Manage spare parts, test equipment, and tools needed in the field
  • Demonstrate willingness to build and lead a team of technicians in the Benelux countries

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years in a field service role with expertise in customer service, repairs, and maintenance. You should have a basic understanding of Electrical and Electronic systems/principles, as well as the following: 

  • Experience in repairing electrical equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid-response environment
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Attention to detail with a quality process-driven approach
  • Full EU driving license
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% overnight

Other expectations that are desirable:

  • Background in electro-mechanical engineering supported by a technical qualification
  • Previous experience in a laboratory environment
  • Work experience as a team leader
