Invenia Group has exclusively partnered with a manufacturer of disruptive spatial omics technology. Following a strong investment and growth, the company is now hiring a Global Head of Support based in the US. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a global team of application specialists. This can be a remote role based anywhere in the US.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the Global Applications team, and ensure that high-quality support, training, and consultancy are provided to the customers. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Plan and implement onboarding and support strategies for the customers
  • Monitor the activity of major/strategic accounts with the FAS and Sales teams
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by reviewing customer feedback, and monitoring team and individual KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to communicate customer feedback (including marketing, customer service, sales, operations, and logistics, etc.)
  • Help with complex cases
  • Monitor workload distribution
  • Recruit and onboard personnel

 What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has experience with either: NGS spatial or single cell omics. You must also have experience managing a global support team.
