Head of Plant

We have partnered with a global oncology & generics company, looking to hire their next Head of Plant, based in Taiwan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a market-leading leadership team, and one of the leading pharmaceutical companies across Asia.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will hold the Division Head title but be responsible for a hands-on role where you will often show up on the shop floor. You will manage three production departments and be a part of a fantastic team of 250 people, up to 300 next year.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone  with FDA and EMA inspection experience, as well as:

• OSD experience
• Tablets, capsules, and soft gel experience are advantageous
• High-potency product experience
• Ideally, you will speak Chinese, however, the company is open to other languages

There is also the potential to add technical services in the future of around 30 people, so a technical background will also be advantageous.
