Invenia Group has partnered with an organisation focused on the development, manufacturer, and commercialisation of cutting-edge surgical devices. We are currently seeking an EMEA Sales Manager to join the growing team. The International Marketing Director can be based anywhere in Europe, however, this is a global role.

Role responsibilities: 

The successful individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Direct marketing, leadership, and support for key products
  • You will analyze competitive commercial threats to key products and drive additional product differentiation by creating best-in-class clinical & sales marketing initiatives, relevant sales collaterals, a sales & marketing toolbox
  • You will assist in training the sales team on products and programs
  • Design (with support) and launch an updated and comprehensive international marketing program as part of a broad product portfolio commercialization effort
  • Accountable for gaining and driving cross-functional support from all stakeholders
  • Determines product/service lifecycle implications and makes recommendations to maintain market competitiveness, support market entry strategies, and achieve sustainable success
  • Identify market opportunities through VOC/secondary research and takes action by implementing solutions that meet customer/business needs
  • The design, implementation, and execution of all aspects of the companies Clinical Evidence Program in Europe
  • Working with global leaders in the establishment and refinement of an international Clinical & Health-economic program & key opinion leader targeting strategy
  • Identify, document, and recruit appropriate centers and KOL’s to conduct registry series studies in accordance with the companies established protocol
  • Monitor and report registry series progress
  • Work with the global leader in the generation, identification, and communication of resulting data and the development of a strong value proposition and differentiation strategy to support marketing and channel management strategies
  • Assisting in all commercialization processes to include the launch of new products/technologies and the re-launch and support of more tenured products and related line extensions.
  • Executing customer-directed Clinical Programs and tactics to drive product sales.
  • Complete ownership of Trade Show strategy (local, regional and national), organization, logistics, and successful trade show execution.

What we are looking for: 

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree, an MBA is also desirable. You should have 5+ years of experience in a comparable role with a broad mix of global marketing, international clinical management, business development, and device sales experience, as well as 3+ years of successful marketing experience in the general and thoracic minimally invasive products arena targeting areas, disease states, and procedures supported by IntoCare’s product portfolio.

We are looking for an individual that identifies and remains current on market trends, with 3+ years of experience leading and implementing global clinical evidence programs, strong experience developing clinical protocols consistent with CE and FDA requirements, experience with open surgical and interventional (MIS) technologies, and experience in the development of sales & marketing collaterals that communicate defendable value propositions rooted in evidence-based medicine. You should be a proven innovator and leader, with strong experience and relationships with global KOL’s and a demonstrated ability to motivate a sales team through appropriate training, clinical marketing, and post-launch clinical development programs.
