Invenia Group are proud to be partnered with a world leader in the Medical Instruments space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multiple award-winning manufacturer, known for its innovation and high precision Instruments, growing 20% YoY. Operating in over 100+ countries globally, the company are expanding in the MEA region and is in search of an International Sales Associate – MEA, to manage distributor relationships and grow sales across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for developing relationships with distributors and their representatives in MEA territories to grow sales and brand awareness. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement a market development strategy for assigned accounts in MEA territories.
  • Prioritizing sales activities, and customer/prospect contact to achieve cost-effective results and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage key international accounts remotely, including proactive prospecting, sales development, and occasional trips to exhibitions.
  • Establish a successful, profitable, and sustainable network of distributors and key opinion leaders internally and externally.
  • Conduct market research, monitor, and report on pricing, customer, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM to maintain and update all activities, contacts, and opportunities. Utilize reports to plan activities and maximize sales results.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity, providing relevant information through CRM regularly.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of international sales experience and desired experience in the healthcare and medical sales fields. You should also possess the following:

  • Relationship-driven individuals are willing to travel up to 25%.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to achieve targeted sales in the MEA territory.
  • Proven track record in sales and quota attainment.
  • Strong business writing skills for letters.
  • Good understanding of profit and loss calculations and basic business finance.
