Invenia Group is partnered with a European manufacturer of Digital Dentistry equipment looking to expand its US presence. We are currently looking for Key Account Managers based in Illinois who have experience in sales to both the GP and Lab sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organization with 25% YoY growth, which has had record-breaking sales at recent trade shows and is aiming to double the size of its business within the next 3 years.
Role responsibilities:
The successful KAM will work in a hunter sales approach, where you will team up with Product Specialists & Service teams to grow the business. You will manage and expand business relationships with targeted clients, develop and implement strategies, sales plans, and forecasts for overall business development, and also develop added-value business with existing clients to meet specified production goals. You will manage consistent growth within a particular client base, make and develop contacts with selected clients and strategic partners and maintain and develop client relations for new and larger established existing clients, assuring all existing clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of Dental & Lab sales experience. You should have experience in managing multi-state regions, a proven track record of sales quota attainment and territory growth, and selling services in a complex environment.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, great problem-resolution and consultative sales skills, and the capability to meet or exceed sales targets.
