We seek a Market Access Manager to lead and execute US market access strategies, ensuring strong payer relationships, effective pricing strategies, and widespread patient access.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing, reimbursement, and formulary strategies for new and existing products based on payer policies and competitive analysis.
  • Build and manage relationships with payers, including managed care organizations and government entities, to secure favorable coverage and contracts.
  • Create compelling messaging that highlights product benefits and supports reimbursement negotiations.
  • Oversee studies demonstrating the clinical and economic value of therapies.
  • Compile and submit detailed dossiers to support access and reimbursement decisions.
  • Track industry trends and competitor actions to inform and adjust access strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, medical, and regulatory to align and execute access initiatives.
  • Incorporate patient perspectives into market access planning by working closely with advocacy groups.
  • Stay abreast of evolving healthcare policies and identify opportunities to influence favorable outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, especially around reimbursement, pricing, and access.
  • Analytical skills to interpret clinical and economic data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven negotiation experience with payers.
  • Strategic thinker with solid project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access, health economics, or related fields.
  • Experience working with HEOR data and crafting value-based arguments for therapies.
