Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing organisation looking for an experienced Scientific or Medical Service Manager to oversee installation, modification and repair operations across Northern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a forward-thinking organisation.

Role responsibilities: 

  • Leading service operations across multiple regions, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing financial performance to maximize service revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with local Service, Sales, and Finance teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Driving new initiatives that standardize processes and improve performance.
  • Managing and developing service teams while maintaining a cohesive regional approach.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in service management within scientific, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Track record of leading change, implementing measurable improvements, and driving team success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of regional experience within EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of service practices across Northern Europe.
