Role responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for general administration activities, day to day office organisation tasks and provide support to the senior leadership team.

You will be the first point of contact for consultants and members of the team with any administrative issues, such as – booking travel, diary management, CV formatting, internal & external post, employee holidays and company incentive planning. You will also liaise with and be the first point of contact for suppliers and service providers to the group including IT.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a efficient Office Administrator to join our vibrant Leeds office. You will be a driven and ambitious self-starter with a detail focused mind and the ability to adapt in this ever evolving and exciting role.

You will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. You’ll be adaptable and approachable and confident to quickly build strong working relationships. You’ll have excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of MS Office.
