Invenia is partnered with a leading company in infusion therapy and pain management, currently seeking an experienced and driven senior marketing professional to lead the development of the company’s upstream injectable drug strategy. Here, you will serve as a key member of the US pharma team.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be a part of this exciting role, collaborating with the global injectable drug marketing team to provide US representation on the development of worldwide franchise strategy and issues related to both short and long-term portfolio/brand development. You will forecast units and financials, including revenue budgets and NPV assessments for new products in development, and identify the high-value opportunities, supporting the development of the injectable drug pipeline strategy by working closely with the downstream pharma team.

To support the achievements of business goals, reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will analyze current marketing insights, business trends, procedural data, reimbursement trends, disease prevalence, operational capabilities and collaborate with KOL’s to determine which products are a strategic fit for the company’s pharmaceutical business long-term.

What we are looking for:

The successful individual should have a Bachelor’s degree, plus 5-7 years of related career experience. You should have knowledge of GPO, healthcare distribution channel, and healthcare environment, and a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the upstream generic injectable pharmaceutical market.

We are looking for an individual with medical/pharmaceutical marketing experience, new product development/product launch experience, new product development/product launch, and forecasting experience.
