Invenia has partnered with a global equipment supplier covering bioprocess solutions to add a Project Manager to the team. The project manager will support the advanced therapy cross-divisional business unit which aims to increase market share within the cell therapy market.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will have end-to-end responsibility for managing external collaborations in order to provide data, innovation, and business through external partnerships. You will drive external and strategic collaborations to improve market positioning and financial growth, you will define and manage complex technical projects with various internal and external stakeholders and form and engage the appropriate team required to execute the project, providing leadership and motivation.

You will also manage and maintain accurate project plans, including schedule, resources, budget, contingencies and provide regular project status reports, actively participate in industry conferences, meetings, workshops, co-publication with strategic partners to promote the package solution. You will also be required to travel 30% of this role.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology (with 8+ years of relevant experience), a Master’s or Ph.D. in biotechnology is strongly preferred, a marketing/business qualification (MBA) is also preferred. You should have specific knowledge in cell therapy manufacturing processes (immune cell therapy/iPSC/MSC)as well as 3+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record.
