Invenia Group has partnered with one of the leading providers of life science tools and one of the market leaders within the life science industry. We are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join the growing team of experts.

If you have previous experience working with molecular biology, NGS, qPCR, and gene expression, and have previous experience selling capital equipment in life sciences, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you! This position is remote but requires travel within the German territory.

Role responsibilities: 

As a Regional Sales Manager, one of your main tasks will be to sell tools and equipment to the target customers and build up long-term relationships with the aim to have a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the life science commercial teams, including marketing, applications specialists, and inside sales, ultimately aiming to achieve company revenue goals.

You will take ownership and accountability around customer issues to include bringing issues to resolution, hence perform routine quarterly business reviews and territory management reviews. Furthermore, you will assist customers with all technical and general issues and act as an expert on the whole portfolio.

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with an MS or BS in molecular biology or a similar related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of field sales experience. You should be a self-motivated individual who is target-driven and wants to build a long-term career at one of the market leaders within the industry.

We expect you to have the ability to close a deal on every level and manage the sales process. If you have all the required qualifications and experiences and are willing to travel 50% of the time then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
