Invenia Group is proud to be partnered with an exceptional, fast-growing 3D Print dental company who have one of the most disruptive technologies in the market-based in the US. They are looking for a highly experienced player-coach, and sales leader to help further grow and expand their 3dprint business in the US.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop new business, through regular in-person meetings with dental professionals in both clinical and lab space divisions
  • Build and develop a high-achieving sales force
  • Develop & implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue.
  • Create opportunities to expand business with current clients & develop new business channels for the company.
  • Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.
  • Travel up to 50% across North America.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of dental sales or 3D print sales experience who is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of teams achieving quota, with a high level of knowledge of digital and 3dprinting workflows. You should have experience selling to both dental labs and clinical spaces and have experience managing large/multi-state regions, be able to demonstrate previous sales attainment, and have excellent negotiation and prospecting skills.
