Invenia Group is working with a growing manufacturer of scientific instrumentation to hire a Sales and Customer Support Associate. The company manufactures cell biology tools to advance workflows in the cell therapy and bioproduction markets.

The Role

The Sales and Customer Support Associate performs the day-to-day activities to support the sales operations team by entering sales orders into the CRM system, tracking service contracts, track and manage international shipments and assisting customers and Sales Managers.

This position is remote; ideal candidate will be located in Germany or the UK.

Requirements

• BS in business or related field and at least 2-4 years of experience in customer service or equivalent
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English
• Familiar with NetSuite (or other ERP system) and Salesforce (or other CRM) experience desired
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
